In the year of the production leap, Qeshm Faravard Chemical Company was able to record the highest production and sales record since its launch so far, with the efforts and dedication of its employees and managers. The company increased its production by 7 percent and its sales by 3 percent compared to 2017, which was the highest production and sales in history with 6066 tons (production) and 6083 tons (sales), which is the highest production and sales in the entire history of the company. In addition, we can point out the 125 percent increase in production and 130 percent increase in sales of the company compared to the previous year, which is an indication of the revival of the product in 2003.
Increasing productivity, utilizing the capacities of the region and Shasta Group, supplying materials and spare parts, and improving production processes have been key factors in achieving this success.

Many obstacles to production;
Challenges have been emerging one after another since the beginning of the year, from frequent power outages to the wear and tear of production lines and ventilation systems (which affect the speed of production lines) and the constant problem of supplying raw materials, which at different stages faced the company with long production stops. However, with relentless efforts, the problem of power outages was first reduced by continuous management efforts and effective communication with the authorities, and then they were able to import the company’s essential parts after 18 years, which also attracted the admiration of the CEOs of Shasta and PIIC. Now, they have also started to modernize the ventilation system, which, once launched, can have a very positive impact on increasing the speed of production.
But that wasn’t all. In order to solve the main problem of this company, which was purchasing raw materials, which usually caused production to stop for 12 days of each month, numerous consultations and examining ways to solve the problem with the help of researching past unsuccessful experiences, the company’s feed quota was significantly increased from 372 to 504 tons, or about 135 percent, which practically reduced the production interruption to 2 days per month. This issue in turn is a surprise that can permanently eliminate the problem of supplying feed for the Qeshm Products Company and not challenge the next managers.
