It was not mass-produced, but with the round-the-clock efforts of the company’s management team, a significant number of spare parts of these devices entered Faravard Qeshm Chemical Company after nearly 19 years (from April 2005 to now).
The lack or absence of these parts in recent years has caused significant financial losses to the company, so that in the last 5 years alone, it has caused more than 11 thousand hours of downtime and according to the calculations of the management team of this company, per Every 1 hour, 1 ton of product has been removed from the production circle of this company.
Now, with the arrival of these parts to Farvarad Qeshm Chemical Company, and their replacement with used parts of 5 production lines (3 bag lines, 1 shrink line, and 1 printing line) located in this company, it has started to avoid any possible stoppage due to the failure of the devices. And as a result, stoppage of production should be avoided, which leads to the removal of obstacles to sustainable production.
