This exemplary unity, which was formed on February 11, 1978, showed that the blood of the martyrs and the sympathy of the people will not remain in vain. The righteous people of this country, with an intelligent outlook and the right decision, changed their destiny for the best and led them towards independence and dignity. This revolution has taken place in such a way that after forty-six years, despite all the enemy’s tactics to overthrow it, it still stands with dignity and authority, and God willing, it will remain so. Now we must learn from that revolution and its bravery, follow in the footsteps of the martyrs, and take firm steps on the path to self-sufficiency. Our nation proved with the Islamic Revolution that it has never wanted and does not want to be under the flag of colonialist countries, and this view should also be reflected in industry. By preventing the sale of raw materials and completing the value chain in the country, we can both remove the dust of dependence from the forehead of the industry and strengthen the roots of the revolution. We, the industrialists, stand strong to accompany the country’s industries on the path to self-sufficiency, so that we can reach the station of economic power with full hands and pride.
