According to the Public Relations Department of Faravard Qeshm Chemical Company, this measure, pursued through the persistent efforts of the company’s worker representative, is designed to ensure fairness in employees’ roles, compensation, and benefits while boosting employee satisfaction. It represents a significant step toward transparent wage structures and fostering greater motivation in the workplace.
Hamed Masineh Asl, CEO of Faravard Qeshm Chemical Company, emphasized the importance of human resources as the organization’s primary asset, stating, “The implementation of this plan, alongside other developmental programs, reflects Faravard Qeshm’s commitment to the principles of justice, transparency, and improving employee welfare.”
