To enhance technological knowledge within the organization and align with modern industrial trends, the training course “Application of Artificial Intelligence in Organizational and Production Processes” was held at the company. This course was designed and implemented with the participation of the CEO, a group of managers, heads of departments, experts, and production shift supervisors, aiming to provide employees with practical familiarity with the functional capabilities of artificial intelligence.
During the course, participants were introduced to the fundamental concepts of AI, various machine learning models, data processing systems, and methods of implementing algorithms in industrial environments. The instructor, by presenting practical examples from production, explained how AI can be used to improve machine performance and analyze production data.
It was also explained how AI can play a role in eliminating organizational bottlenecks, identifying process obstacles, improving time management, and optimizing production planning. The use of advanced data-driven analytics as an effective method for faster and more accurate decision-making was well received by the attendees.
At the end of the course, a Q&A session was held where employees raised questions about the practical implementation of AI solutions in different units. It was decided that the R&D department, in collaboration with the IT unit, would develop a plan for the gradual implementation of this technology in priority areas.
Hamed Masineh Asl, CEO of Faravard Qeshm Chemical Company, emphasized the necessity of digital transformation in the organization during the sidelines of this training course, stating: “Artificial intelligence today is not a choice, but a necessity for survival and progress in industry. Proper use of this technology can make our production processes—especially in bagging and shrink lines—more precise, faster, and more economical.”
He added: “With the help of AI, we will be able to identify and eliminate many organizational bottlenecks, reduce human errors, and make data-driven decisions. This path will lead to increased productivity, reduced costs, and improved product quality.”
The CEO concluded: “Our commitment is to lead the company toward becoming a smart, data-driven organization, and holding such training courses is the first step in this journey.”
